An under or over pass is urgently needed at the Melton Highway level crossing, as congestion and journey times increase and safety concerns mount.

During peak hours journey times can be 20 minutes longer, and boom gates are down for 52 minutes of every 2 hours.

The Melton Highway level crossing is detrimental for commuters, it negatively impacts businesses around the Watergardens station and it also compromises the safety of road users and pedestrians.

This is not good enough.

Natalie is campaigning to have the level crossing removed. Despite tabling over 1600 petitions in Parliament the Napthine Government continues to ignore this very important local issue.
